Knowland Construction Services has provided various levels of services for Los Angeles Unified School District over the past 10 years, including performing construction management, DSA inspection, and providing Quality Control Management Services for large, complicated projects.

Duties include program management and construction management services including design assist for the architect, development of preconstruction schedules, contract documents, scope development, submittals, constructability, bidding, inspection RFQ’s, and construction management.

Further duties include development of Quality Control Programs and Testing programs to ensure adherence to contract documents and integrity of design requirements.

Knowland Construction Services has also performed DSA inspections on hundreds of millions of dollars of projects with LAUSD.
