Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District

Knowland Construction Services has worked consistently at Placentia-Yorba Linda USD for more than +17 years, providing various levels of consulting services including Project Management, DSA Inspections, and Project Certification Services. KCS performed constructability review, value engineering, estimating, site utility surveys, LLB Development, contractor selection, schedule review, change order review, quality control, and management of subcontractors on more than +$700 million. Project delivery consisted of multiple-prime, agency and Lease-Leaseback. Projects included several large new schools, numerous modernizations, stadiums, infrastructure, ADA, fire alarm, and maintenance projects.

Executive Director of Facilities and Construction, Rick Guaderrama oversaw the program and is now a Sr. Project Manager for Knowland Construction Services. Rick is one of the most knowledgeable, hard-working, professional people we have come across working in more than +100 different districts and clients.
