The renovation of the campus, which started in 2014 with a budget of $228 million, is now 95% finished. The anticipated completion date for all the upgrades is currently set for 2025. Once completed, Jordan’s campus will boast an impressive addition of 400,000 square feet of either newly constructed or renovated buildings.
As part of this phase of Jordan’s modernization, several additional projects are in progress. An outdoor corridor is being developed, featuring trees, seating areas, covered canopies, and a newly constructed shaded lunch shelter.
Plans for next year include commencing renovations on Jordan’s science building. Following that, gym enhancements are scheduled to begin in 2023, with highlights such as the construction of a new outdoor swimming pool. Moreover, the installation of a new track and field area at Jordan is set to start in 2025.
